President Rodrigo Duterte pronounced in a PTV-4 news in Malacañang on Thursday.
In his first media meeting subsequent to expecting the administration, Duterte exhibited a graph that demonstrated the web of suspected drug lords and their claimed defenders among local authorities and cops.
Duterte called the drug dealers and their defenders to "commit suicide."
"Maraming mga chairman dito, they're running the appear," Duterte told state-run PTV-4 as he exhibited the information given him by the intelligence group.
"Maraming mayor dito. We have a leader sa Mindanao, puro mayor, may babae pa."
He said he was exhorted by "intel individuals" not to reveal the names of the local government authorities.
"Talagang binabastos tayo ng mga drug individuals. They're annihilating the nation," Duterte said.
"They're annihilating the young of the nation so my appeal to them is, since they are past their redemption, they can stop and commit suicide since I won't permit these idiots to run their show; not during my watch," he included.
Duterte made the comments after he declared the affirmed contribution in illegal drugs of resigned PNP generals Marcelo Garbo and Vicente Loot; and dynamic police authorities Joel Pagdilao, Edgardo Tinio, and Bernardo Diaz.
He additionally identified top drug lords working in the nation.
They are Wu Tuan, false name Peter Co; Herbert Colangco, nom de plume Ampang; and Peter Lim, assumed name Jaguar.
Co and Colangco are prominent detainees at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP). Co is allegedly the leader of the Bilibid 19, a gathering of sentenced drug offenders detained at the NBP.
"The greater part of them are inside the national prison. This would appear to you how destructive and how perhaps huge the measurement of the issue with respect to drugs," Duterte said.
Co, he said, was coordinating the triad operations in Luzon and the National Capital Region; while Lim, who is out of the nation, was in charge of the triad in Visayas.
'Try not to return, you'll be slaughtered'
Duterte cautioned Lim not to come back to the Philippines or else he would be murdered.
"If he has companions here, sabihin mo sa kanya, the minute he arrives here at NAIA, he will bite the dust.
Try not to return to the Philippines any longer, the moment he steps out of the plane, he will die. That is my assurance to the general population of the Philippines," he said.
Colangco, as indicated by Duterte, is the child-in-law of Ozamiz City Mayor Aldong Parojinog.
He said Colangco is "associated with" Richard King, who was killed in Davao City last June 2014. Ruler's relatives and after that Mayor Duterte had offered a P1.3-million prize in return for intel prompting the capture of the suspected executioner.
